We produce dies not only for our pellet mills but also for all other kinds of pellet mills like Buhler, California Pellet Mill (CPM), Matador or Paladin. We are able to produce any kind of dies.

Our technology is based on 40 years experience and most modern machines including newest gun drillers. Gun drilling connected with mirror-polishing let us produce high quality dies. Besides machinery - gun drillers, vacuum hardeners etc. - the most important is quality od steel.

We use three types of steel:
    · X46Cr13
    · 20MnCr5
    · 18NICCrMo5

Due to very rigorous manufacturing process our dies belong to long-life dies. Using our dies and rollers the die's life can be longered. Thermal treatment gives the proper surface hardeness and die and rollers work better and longer.
