  • roller gaps can vary from mm.0 to mm.3.0
  • the transmission between the motor and the fasted rolls is by belts
  • mm.20 is the max size of stone or strange object passing through the crumbler
  • the crumbler has a by-pass driven by pneumatic piston
  • the roller gap can be adjusted by mean of a servomotor
  • the roller gap can be identify using a 0-10 Volts signal coming from a potentiometer connected with the adjusting screw of the rolls.
